Hi, I’m Randall, and many international students enjoy living on a university campus for the many benefits that it might provide. For example, you live close to, uh, your school or where you study. Also, it might give you the opportunity to practice your English with, uh, native speakers. And, also there’s another advantage that often there might be a cafeteria that might be close by where you can eat meals.

However, some disadvantages: number one, the cafeteria might not provide food that you enjoy, and what if you have a very dirty roommate that won’t clean up and you have to move out? Sometimes, you might have to pay a cancellation fee to get out of your contract.

So look into the advantages and disadvantages before you take the leap to, uh, on-campus housing.
