Use the Internet to search for running gear and clothing that can keep you safe while you run. What makes each of these items useful? How much do these items cost? Reflective clothing and a headlamp are two examples.

Hi, I’m Randall, and uh, running safety is probably one of the most important things to me, and I always have several ideas to keep you safe.

Number one: Always wear bright colored clothes, especially in the morning and evening hours so people can see you.

Number two: Be sure that you go hydrated. Take enough water so that, uh, you don’t get thirsty.

And number three: I suggest running in a group in case someone gets injured, and you’re there to help them out.
