Hi, I’m Randall, and uh, running safety is probably one of the most important things to me, and I always have several ideas to keep you safe.
Number one: Always wear bright colored clothes, especially in the morning and evening hours so people can see you.
Number two: Be sure that you go hydrated. Take enough water so that, uh, you don’t get thirsty.
And number three: I suggest running in a group in case someone gets injured, and you’re there to help them out.
