To what degree are homeless pets an issue in your area or country? What have been the causes of such situations? Use the Internet to learn about how specific organizations deal with the problem and how people can go about adopting homeless or unwanted animals.

Hi. I’m Randall, and I’m just outside of Kanab, Utah, at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, a home to over seventeen hundred (1,700) animals.

Cats and dogs and pigs and horses that are, in many cases, special needs animals that need homes, and you can come, like I have with my family to volunteer your time to feed, to socialize, to clean the areas of these animals with the ultimate goal of providing homes for them.

And again, with 1,700 animals covering thirty-seven hundred (3,700) acres of beautiful country, it’s a wonderful opportunity to help and serve our fellow animals.
